Author's Note: I decided to write this poem because I needed a post for my blog and I found some inspiration for this piece that I really wanted to write about.
Beauty isn’t about makeup
Beauty isn’t about attitude
Beauty isn’t about being cool
Beauty isn’t about your hair
Beauty isn’t about what you wear
Beauty isn’t about what you look like
True Beauty comes from within
True Beauty is who you are as a person
Not who other people want you to be
So be who you want to be and don’t care what other people
think
That is as beautiful as it gets
